Verdict
Javid was misleading Tory voters. Times columnist Matthew Parris classified him as one of “many senior Tories who surely knew well enough that the new leader would be calamitous but who slithered into the ranks of her supporters when it became clear she would win and who wanted a job.”
We emailed Sajid Javid’s office offering him the chance to respond. No reply.
