The Conservative government has hiked taxes to their highest level in 70 years.

Truss smeared Labour as the high tax party, even though taxes had reached their highest level in 70 years under a Conservative government.

We emailed Liz Truss’ office offering her the chance to respond. The email was received, but no reply.
