Facts
Posting on Twitter, James Cleverly rebuked the Labour party for their criticisms of Rishi Sunak after it was revealed that his wife Akshata Murty is avoiding paying UK tax on her foreign earnings.
Also on Twitter, Mr Cleverly had previously posted a joke at Emily Thornberry’s expense, referring to her as “Lady Nugee”. This was a reference to her husband, High Court Judge Sir Christopher Nugee.
