Facts
The Business Secretary, Grant Shapps, told Sky News that Williamson's expletive-laden texts "must have been sent in a moment of frustration."
This comes a day after Cabinet Office minister Oliver Dowden similarly defended Sir Gavin Williamson's actions, saying that they "were sent in the heat of the moment."
The texts were sent over a five week period from 13 September to 17 October.

We emailed Grant Shapps and Gavin Williamson’s office offering them the chance to respond. The email was received by both, but no reply.
